• IDEATE :  the process of generating a broad set of ideas for a project, with no attempt to judge or evaluate them.” It is the time when for any event we brainstorm together so that  creativity and imagination goes hand in hand to bring out the best of minds working on it . In the ideation phase, we draft and explore as many ideas as possible. While some of these ideas will be outrageous or go directly into the reject pile, some will go to be the potential solutions. The idea behind an ideation session is that if you look at the project from every possible perspective, you will uncover new angles to explore.

• CREATE : Now comes the second phase where all the brainstorming comes to creation .Creating involves turning ideas or concepts into tangible or practical outputs. It's the stage where you bring your ideas to life through design, development, or implementation. We create when we design  for event, post event report, build a physical set of our design, or any form of content or art.

• EXECUTE: Execution is the act of putting plans, strategies, or projects into action. It's the practical implementation of the ideas and creations that were generated in the ideation and creation phases.
